We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person at our spa.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments without notice.

Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

All prices for services are subject to change without notice. Any promotional offers or discounts must be applied at the time of booking or at the spa, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Gift Cards

Shalade Detox Spa gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable for services or products at our spa.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
